What makes his arrival especially meaningful to us is that he has known the company since 2023, advising quietly from the sidelines, so this is the considered choice of someone who understands precisely what our neurosymbolic approach can do and has decided to help build its future from the inside.

Rakesh brings the instincts of a natural company-builder, having joined the fintech Zilch as its very first employee and helped grow it into a multi-billion-dollar business before going on to scale the AI legal platform Lawhive. As Chief Operating Officer he will give shape to the operational and commercial foundations that carry our platform to more enterprises across regulated industries, and he arrives convinced, as we are, that the businesses adopting AI today care most about whether they can trust it, explain it, and stand behind every decision it makes.
